Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

KirscheDebug is a digital product. Once your license is activated, it cannot be returned. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Changing your mind after purchase
• Getting banned in-game
• Game updates that temporarily break functionality
• Not reading the product description or system requirements
• Hardware or software incompatibility on your end
• Being unable to use the product due to your own system configuration

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, your license may be immediately and permanently revoked. We reserve the right to blacklist your account, HWID, and associated information.

Exceptions

If the product is completely non-functional and we are unable to resolve the issue through support within a reasonable timeframe, we may consider a refund or extension at our discretion.
